Super-rich elite now have a luxurious bunker in case of WW3

A company from the United States decided to build a bunker for the rich in case of a global catastrophe. People will be allowed in after paying a $20 million entrance fee. Only the elite will have access, and they will be provided with all kinds of amenities: from a swimming pool and other entertainment to the possibility of living in a super-secure capsule.
The details were reported by the Daily Mail.
What is known about the bunker for the elite?
The facility, called Aerie, is being built by the American company SAFE (Strategically Armored & Fortified Environments) in Virginia, near the White House. According to Naomi Corby, director of medical training at SAFE, the location has nothing to do with the political situation in the United States.
The cost of the project is $300 million, but the investment will pay for itself quickly, given the price of an admission ticket — $20 million. The bunker can accommodate 625 people, so the total revenue will be about $12.5 billion.
The bunker will become a refuge for the world's elite in the event of a global catastrophe. For example, it will provide a chance to survive in the event of a nuclear war. Interestingly, this is not the first attempt to build a place underground for this purpose. Kim Kardashian, Mark Zuckerberg and Tom Cruise have all previously admitted to investing in the construction of their own bunker or paying to participate in a similar project.
Inside the Aerie, residents will find:
- marble floors;
- mattresses with memory effect;
- medical services powered with artificial intelligence;
- luxurious gourmet restaurants;
- indoor swimming pool;
- rooms for intravenous therapy;
- bowling;
- climbing wall;
- places for confidential business, etc.

Moreover, it will be possible to use an additional capsule with the highest level of security if the need arises. According to Naomi Corby, a four-tiered membership will be introduced after the bunker opens. The lowest tier will be available to "moderately successful CEOs", and the highest tier will be available only to those selected by special invitation.
Already in 2026, the company will open trial access so that potential customers can visit the premises and decide whether to buy a place. The full launch of the project will take several years. It is reported that SAFE has already received thousands of requests from wealthy individuals from around the world, so there is no doubt that the idea will be successful.
