Women can occupy a number of positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine during wartime. They can be effectively used in document management, providing military assistance and organizing communications.
This was stated by military analyst Oleksiy Hetman.
Work for women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
According to Oleksiy Hetman, in a situation where women are mobilized, there will be work for them outside the line of combat contact.
"A woman will not be sent to the frontline, but there are many things that women can do to enhance the combat capability of our army," the military analyst explained.
What positions in the army can women be mobilized for
Hetman specified options with effective use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Mobilized women can be involved in providing medical care, managing document flow, being liaison officers, and can be involved in the field of food and clothing support," the analyst emphasized.
We reported previously which women may be denied by the TRC even in the case of voluntary mobilization.
In addition, journalist Vitaliy Portnikov predicted when the mobilization of women may begin in Ukraine.
