This was reported by Oleksii Honcharenko with reference to the words of Denys Shmyhal.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, said that as of today, about 900 to 950 thousand people have been exempted from mobiilzation in the country. This means that a significant number of employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations have been granted the right to defer mobilization due to their critical functions for the state.

In addition, it became known that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to solve the problem of granting mobilization exemptions to employees of repair crews of gas distribution network operators.

"Our gas workers are booked. An appropriate decision has been made, today the government will book the repair crews of regional gas companies in excess of the norm," Denys Shmyhal said.

As a reminder, recently the Minister of National Unity Oleksii Chernyshov said on Radio Liberty that Ukrainians could potentially receive exemption from mobilization even while abroad.

Meanwhile, other MPs fear that the operation of critical enterprises is at risk due to the expiration of the exemption period.
