All Samsung Galaxy S25 details revealed before the presentation

Tomorrow, on Wednesday, January 22, Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy S25 series of smartphones. However, a large leak has already appeared on the Internet, revealing almost all the technical specifications of the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.

What is known about the characteristics of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 line
This information was published by the popular insider MysteryLupin. The leak details the display sizes, resolution, water resistance, weight, and dimensions of the devices. Many of the features confirm previous rumors, including the use of the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor across the lineup and the presence of a quad-camera module with a 200MP main camera in the Galaxy S25 Ultra model.

The diagonals of the screens will be as follows:
- Galaxy S25 — 6.2 in;
- Galaxy S25 Plus — 6.7 inches;
- Galaxy S25 Ultra — 6.9 inches.
Compared to the previous Galaxy S24 series, the changes are minimal, except for a slight increase in the screen of the Ultra version.
Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus will have the same cameras - three sensors (50 MP + 12 MP + 10 MP) with 3x optical zoom. These characteristics are likely to remain the same as in the Galaxy S24 series.
Galaxy S25 Ultra, in turn, will be equipped with a quad camera with a main sensor of 200 MP, which should be one of the main innovations.
Other features include:
- 12 GB of RAM in all models;
- IP68 protection against dust and water;
- 25 W charging power in the standard model and 45 W in the Plus and Ultra versions.
All smartphones will run on One UI 7 (Android 15). New Galaxy AI features of Artificial Intelligence are expected, some of which have already been leaked.
The Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone, which was actively discussed earlier, probably won't be presented along with the main line. There is an assumption that it will be announced later to replace the Galaxy S24 FE.
