Top chef's figure-boosting vitamin smoothie — Simple recipe
Smoothies not only give you energy, but also help you stay in shape. A delicious and refreshing drink full of healthy ingredients is a great addition to any diet.

You will need:
- Celery stalks — 200 g;
- Baby spinach (or regular spinach) — 1 bunch;
- Green apple — 1 piece;
- Lemon juice — 1 tbsp;
- Banana — 1 pc;
- Honey — 1 tbsp (optional);
- Ginger root;
- cold drinking water — 160-200 ml.
Method of preparation
Wash fruits and vegetables thoroughly. Peel and core the apples and chop them along with the rest of the ingredients. Cut a small piece of ginger root, and peel it.
Place the celery, apples, banana, spinach, and ginger in the bowl of a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add lemon juice, optional honey and water to the fruit smoothie. Serve the finished smoothie chilled in a tall glass.
