How cancellation of exemption will affect the country's economy
The article notes that business representatives are complaining that some Territorial Recruitment Centers are ignoring Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 516, which states that any deferment in effect as of May 7 this year should be automatically extended for three months. This disregard for the government's decision may result in the mobilization of critical workers.
If the Cabinet of Ministers decides to reduce the percentage or number of categories eligible for exemptions, this will impact the production process. The mobilization of highly qualified specialists would hinder the country’s ability to generate state revenue, and the Armed Forces would receive significantly less charitable support.
As a reminder, the lawyer explained whether the change in the Territorial Recruitment Center affects the exemption from mobilization. He noted that the exemption remains in force even if the person liable for military service changes his place of registration.
